Country rapper Jelly Roll was moved during a recent concert in North Carolina when a fan held up a sign about his late sister, who died of a drug overdose at 21. The sign read, "'She's my baby sister'... 'F--k Fentanyl. 4ever 21.'" Jelly Roll thanked the fan and performed his song "She" in honor of his sister. The artist has been vocal about his own experiences with addiction and has shown support for those battling addiction in his music and personal life. The concert was part of his Backroad Baptism Tour and he has previously performed for addicts in a Virginia Beach recovery program.
