Country legend Dolly Parton and her husband Carl Dean had hoped to have a large family, but due to Dolly's endometriosis, she was unable to conceive. At the age of 36, Dolly underwent a partial hysterectomy, ending their hopes of having children. While Dolly has spoken about being content with her decision not to adopt, in a recent interview, she expressed regret over not having biological children.
