Kelly Clarkson recently revealed in an interview that she decided to move her talk show from Universal Los Angeles lot to NBC Studios at Rockefeller Plaza in New York City. The mother-of-two explained that she and her children needed a fresh start, as her family is from the East Coast. The three-time Grammy winner expressed her gratitude towards NBC for backing her decision and vowed to eliminate any notion of toxicity on her set. Additionally, Clarkson announced her 10-date residency at Planet Hollywood's Zappos Theater in Las Vegas this summer, where she will perform songs from her upcoming album Chemistry, which was inspired by her seven-year marriage to Brandon Blackstock that ended one year ago.
Kelly is currently coaching the 23rd season of the singing competition The Voice, which airs Mondays and Tuesdays on NBC.
