She changed the lyrics and sang, "Forget you and your dad and the fact that you got half and my broken heart, turn that s*** into art." It is believed the lyrics were referencing Blackstock and his father, whom Clarkson is currently suing. The couple filed for divorce in June 2020, and the divorce was finalized last year. The legal battle between the two has been ongoing, with Clarkson accusing Blackstock's company of violating California Labor Code.
