Kelly Clarkson has been granted five-year restraining orders against Victor Fernandez and Huguette Nicole Young, who showed up uninvited at her Los Angeles home on multiple occasions causing disturbances. Fernandez arrived in a semi-truck and allegedly took photos of Clarkson's family SUV while claiming to have an appointment with the singer. Young left unwanted gifts such as dog toys, stickers, and plants on Clarkson's porch, showing up at least 18 times since October. The restraining orders prohibit any contact with Clarkson or her two children and require the individuals to stay at least 100 yards away from them.
