In a video shared on social media, the 75-year-old singer explained that she couldn't pose for Playboy again since the magazine no longer exists, but she wanted to do something special for her husband who still thinks she's a "hot chick" after 57 years of marriage. She also revealed a new cover, featuring herself in a similar outfit, which was framed alongside the original cover. Parton had previously expressed her desire to feature on Playboy again during an interview with 60 Minutes Australia in March 2020.
