Dolly Parton has revealed that not having children has contributed to her successful career. The 74-year-old singer, who has been married to Carl Dean since 1966, believes that her freedom to work without the responsibility of children allowed her to achieve so much, including running her book gifting program, Imagination Library. She also spoke about her husband's desire for privacy and how they keep their lives separate yet together, spending time traveling in their RV and avoiding parties. Dolly said that she has great respect and admiration for her husband and their relationship has lasted 56 years.
