Kim Kardashian has admitted to getting Botox injections in her neck during a vocal coaching session for a potential album recording, according to a sneak peek of an upcoming season of "The Kardashians" shared on Snapchat by her sister Khloé. While Kim has previously denied plastic surgery rumors and only admitted to “a little bit of Botox” in a 2022 Allure interview, she seems to have become more comfortable with the procedure since her experience with facial bruises from Botox in her twenties. The reality star has also opened up about other procedures, including a tummy tightening treatment she called a “game changer” for her abs in August.
