Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman were a popular power couple in Hollywood during the 1990s, but they divorced in 2001 due to irreconcilable differences. Following their split, Kidman made a joke about Cruise's height during an appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman. Despite this, Cruise has continued to have success in his career, including his recent hit movie Top Gun: Maverick and his upcoming film Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One. The movie is set to arrive in theaters on January 14, 2023.
