Kathy Hilton apologized for applying lip gloss onstage during Mariska Hargitay's People's Choice Awards acceptance speech. She has reached out to Hargitay and expressed her regret, adding that she would never intentionally be rude. Hilton was looking for a tissue but didn't have one, so she applied lipstick instead. She thought the camera wasn't on her at the time. Hilton reunited with her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-stars at the PCAs to present an award.
