Actress Betty White, who passed away on January 7 at the age of 99, called out the name of her late husband, Allen Ludden, before her death, according to her colleague Vicki Lawrence. The news was confirmed by Betty's assistant who was with her at the time of her passing.
Betty and Allen were married from 1963 until his death in 1981. Lawrence shared her professional experiences with Betty, describing her as incredibly professional and always prepared. She also recalled Betty's love for animals and how she arrived late to the set once because she saved two golden retrievers. Betty's agent, Jeff Witjas, denied rumors that her death was related to getting a COVID-19 booster shot.
