Special Ops: Lioness is a new Paramount+ show created by Yellowstone's Taylor Sheridan, but it's based on a real-life military program and takes place outside of Montana. The series stars Zoe Saldaña as Joe and Nicole Kidman as Kaitlyn Meade, overseeing the Lioness Program. Laysla De Oliveira also stars as Cruz, who goes undercover with Joe to prevent terrorism against the United States. Special Ops: Lioness will begin streaming on July 23. Meanwhile, fans eagerly await news about season 5 of Yellowstone, which has been delayed due to contract negotiations with star Kevin Costner and potentially by the writer's strike.
In the meantime, viewers can enjoy Sheridan's other series, such as Mayor of Kingstown and Tulsa King.
