Gwen Stefani was spotted at a church in Los Angeles with her eldest son Kingston, 12, where she revealed an irritating rash on her neck. Despite the rash, the 49-year-old rock star looked stylish in skin-tight leggings, tweed double-breasted blazer, and striking heeled boots featuring a 3D butterfly wing design. She was carrying a swimming towel under one arm for some reason. Kingston walked alongside his mom wearing a clashing blue and white checkered outfit, while Zuma, 10, also joined them. Gwen shares all three sons with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale. She recently wrapped up a leg of her Las Vegas residency and is set to perform again starting from February 27.
Gwen has been in a relationship with country singer Blake Shelton since 2015, after her split with Rossdale.
