Israeli actress Gal Gadot adopted a sorrowful expression as she arrived back on set of her new film to continue shooting in Venice.
The 38-year-old Wonder Woman star was pictured flying across the water in a taxi boat while working on scenes for Julian Schnabel's In the Hand of Dante.
Her appearance on the film set – that's also currently home to Jason Momoa – came after she issued a plea, asking followers to help Israel amid the ongoing attacks orchestrated by the terrorist group Hamas.
On Monday she was snapped wearing a green linen short-sleeved shirt and white linen bottoms as she gripped the windshield of the water taxi.
Carrying a large brown leather handbag over her shoulder, the actress wore a serious look on her face.
She was also photographed wandering around on land, this time, greeting and hugging people at what appeared to be a restaurant.
The star was dressed in a casual outfit and wore an oversized white t-shirt featuring a face that bore resemblance to supermodel Kate Moss.
Letting her short raven hair hand loose around her shoulders, the actress covered her eyes with some think black and gold sunglasses.
Gal posted messages of support for the country on her social media account before she was seen on set and urged everyone to offer their support.
Having previously spent two years in the Israeli Defence Forces, the Hollywood actress said online: 'At least 250 Israeli have been murdered and dozens of women children and elders held as hostages in Gaza, by Palestinian military group Hamas.
'Starting early morning more than 3,000 rockets were fire. Hamas is holding hostages, controlling bases and settlements in Israel. There have been more than 1,500 injured and heavy fighting is still ongoing.
