Law & Order: SVU fans were excited to learn that Christopher Meloni will return as Elliot Stabler in a new spin-off called Organized Crime, reuniting with Mariska Hargitay's Olivia Benson. Meloni shared on Sirius XM's The Jess Cagle Show how he visited Hargitay and they took a selfie. He also talked about the changes to his character since his last appearance on SVU in 2011, stating that Stabler has evolved and is now in a better place. Filming for Organized Crime has not yet begun due to pandemic restrictions, and there is no word on when it will air on NBC.
