She spent time with friends, catching rays and chatting while wearing a pair of sunglasses. Before heading to the beach, she wore a color-blocked sweatshirt. The star has been staying at a beachfront rental while building a new Brentwood mansion near where she currently lives with her children. She purchased the lot for $6.5 million in 2018 and plans to build a new home from the ground up. Garner's ex-husband Ben Affleck sold their Pacific Palisades home for $32 million to Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo.
