Yellowstone was the top scripted show of the 2022-23 television season, averaging 11.5 million viewers each week. The only other show to surpass 10 million viewers was Sunday Night Football on NBC. After football and Yellowstone, network television shows make up the Top 30, with CBS's NCIS, FBI, and Young Sheldon leading the way. The second half of Season 5 will be the final season of Yellowstone, but spinoffs 1883, 1923, and the upcoming Bass Reeves all air on Paramount+. A future Sheridan drama is also likely to replace Yellowstone on Paramount, possibly a show about the 6666 Ranch in Texas or a Yellowstone spinoff starring Matthew McConaughey.
