Despite being married to one of the most beloved stars, very few photos of the couple together are available publicly as Thomas avoids the spotlight. Parton joked that the key to her marriage lasting so long is "Stay gone!" since she travels a lot, but they enjoy each other's company when together. Parton understands that her husband doesn't want to attend industry events, and she'd rather bring someone else with her. Even though Thomas attended an event with Parton once, he told her he wouldn't do it again.
