Blake Shelton's five-year run as a judge on NBC's hit reality singing competition show may be coming to an end, as has exclusively learned that he "flipped out" after his girlfriend Gwen Stefani's recent backstage meltdown!
According to a source close to the 39-year-old country music superstar, "Blake is mulling over the possibility of quitting the show after this next season."
"He is saying that he loves The Voice because it brought him to Gwen, but that he ultimately wants to focus more on his career and give other artists the opportunity that he has had," said the insider.

s for the show over not being asked to be a judge on next season's The Voice.
The insider told at the time that Stefani — who is embarking on a world tour next week — "was livid that she was not asked to replace Christina on next season. Because of this, Gwen is saying she just wants to be done with the show altogether."
As fans of the show know, Aguilera switched on and off with Stefani for the past few seasons before announcing that she was no longer going to be a judge. Instead, for the first time since the show started, there will be two female judges: Miley Cyrus, 23, and Alicia Keys, 35.
