Mariska Hargitay and Christopher Meloni were seen filming on the set of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and its spin-off, Law & Order: Organized Crime. The two-hour crossover will air on April 1, with a regular one-hour episode of SVU followed by the series premiere of Organized Crime. Meloni returns to the NYPD as Elliot Stabler after suffering a "devastating personal loss," joining an elite task force taking down criminal syndicates. Hargitay's character, Olivia Benson, may reunite with Stabler at a funeral scene during the crossover. The new spin-off was created by Dick Wolf and stars Dylan McDermott and Tamara Taylor.
