Country musician Jimmie Allen is facing a second lawsuit accusing him of sexual assault, filed by a woman known as Jane Doe 2. According to the lawsuit, the encounter occurred in a Las Vegas hotel room, where Allen allegedly sexually assaulted her while filming the incident without her knowledge or consent. Jane Doe 2 claims she repeatedly asked Allen to stop but he continued until he fell asleep. She later found the recording device and turned it over to the police. Allen's team has not responded to the allegations. The plaintiff is suing for battery, assault, invasion of privacy, and emotional distress.
