Costner's forensic accountant claims that Baumgartner is inflating the child support amount with unrelated expenses like cosmetic surgery, large ATM withdrawals, boutique shopping, and construction loans. Costner asserts that he has been covering all the children's expenses and intends to continue doing so, proposing a permanent monthly payment of $51,940.
