Actress Jennifer Garner recently discussed in an Allure interview how being "nice" doesn't mean being a doormat. Though she is generally regarded as a nice and approachable person, she admitted that it can be difficult to maintain this persona, especially on bad days. She also discussed the pressures of being in a celebrity relationship and raising children in the spotlight. Garner explained that setting boundaries can be challenging when people perceive her as being "so nice". She further added that she's not always perfect and that there are days when she just can't be fake.

Despite her celebrity status, she tries to remain disciplined while managing her activist and creative projects and co-parenting with ex-husband Ben Affleck.
