Lainey Wilson didn't let a downpour stop her performance at the Carolina Country Music Fest in Myrtle Beach, S.C. Despite the rain pouring over the crowd and onstage, Wilson continued to sing with her powerful vocals. At one point, the storm got so bad that her band had to stop playing, but Wilson took her show a capella and sang hits like "Wait in the Truck" and "Heart Like a Truck" with only her microphone, prompting fans to sing along with her. After the show, Wilson thanked fans for sticking it out with her despite getting soaked. This performance came after her multiple appearances at the 2023 CMA Fest in Nashville, including a duet with Hardy.
