Jennifer was there to support her Alexander And The Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day co-star Steve Carrell, who received the Outstanding Performer Of The Year award for his role in Foxcatcher. During her speech, Jennifer praised Steve's talent and described him as the ultimate leader and collaborator.
